Forged from the cauldron of Houston's fertile open jam scene, DR RICK & THE BURNERS is comprised of a stable core of seasoned musicians and a host of featured guests. Band leader, singer and guitarist Rick Patt is a medical doctor, Dale Berry sings & lays down a searing bass and anchorman Larry Kintz is our in-the-pocket drummer. Most gigs feature guitar virtuoso, The Very Teri Greene, longtime host of DanElectro's legendary Thursday open blues jam, and sometimes L.A.-based Robert "The Undertaker" Calva. Depending on the venue, frequent guests join us on percussion, brass, fiddle, harp, keyboard & more, helping us keep it fresh and fun for you, too!
